• All products are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

• All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency corresponding to your region: US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), or British Pounds (GBP).
• Prices refer only to the product value and do not include shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, or import fees. These additional costs are calculated at checkout or charged upon delivery, according to local laws in your country.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a confirmation.

ORDER PROCESSING AND ACCEPTANCE

• When you place an order and receive an automatic confirmation email, this only confirms that we have received your request. A binding contract between you and American Dress is only formed when we ship your products.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or security risks;
  • Stock unavailability;

• If your order is canceled and payment has already been made, we guarantee a full refund to the original payment method.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RISK

• We deliver to all addresses in the United States, Europe, and the United Kingdom, according to the rules described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• Estimated delivery times are only estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, carrier issues, weather, or holidays. American Dress is not liable for delays caused by third parties or unforeseen events.
• Risk of Loss: All items are shipped under a transport contract. This means that the risk of loss, damage, or theft of the products passes to you as soon as the carrier takes possession of the package or marks it as delivered.
• It is your responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address. We do not reship orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses without additional shipping payment.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

• You have 7 CALENDAR DAYS after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• We only accept returns according to the conditions and procedures established in the specific policy.
• Refunds are processed within the deadlines defined in our policy, and the time for the amount to appear in your account depends exclusively on your bank or payment provider.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• In any case, our total liability related to any purchase will never exceed the total amount paid by you for the products in question.
